Julia grew up in the small town of Dallas, Oregon. She attended Oregon Health and Sciences University, where she completed her training as a Physician Associate in 2005. She has always worked in family medicine, for the first 14 years in the community where she grew up, and since 2019 at Oregon City Family Practice. She loves primary care and the long-term relationships forged with families over time.

Her time outside the clinic is filled with family activities with her husband and four children, and she enjoys knitting in her free time.
