Ashley Cooley is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner at Oregon City Family Practice Clinic – Praxis Health. A lifelong Oregonian, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Linfield University School of Nursing in 1998, where she developed a strong foundation in maternity nursing, acute care, family practice, prevention, and patient education. Motivated by her passion for comprehensive, relationship-centered care, Ashley pursued advanced training and completed her Master of Nursing degree at Oregon Health & Science University in 2006. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Throughout her career, Ashley has found fulfillment in family practice, where she values the opportunity to care for patients through every stage of life. She believes that great care begins with genuine connection and strives to create a collaborative environment where patients feel supported, informed, and empowered. With special interest in women’s health, she is dedicated to helping individuals identify their personal health goals and develop meaningful, achievable plans to reach them.

Outside of her practice, Ashley enjoys traveling with her family, attending concerts, going to sporting events, and staying connected with friends. She loves supporting her children in their diverse interests, as well as cherishes an occasional relaxing day at home with her lively household of six – including the family dog and cat.
